Which requires you to accept the concept of using and updating your personal information to deal with the registration process while maintaining the confidentiality of your information and data.

The Website shall be managed and operated by SAB either directly or indirectly. All data and information on the Website including for example pictures, illustrations, explanations, audio and video records and other contents contained on the website, are belongedto and owned by SAB, as well as protected and subjected to intellectual property rights.

All contents on the website are for personal use only and not for commercial use, and should not be copied and/or reproduced and/or published and/or replaced and/or modified and/or downloaded and/or transmitted and/or saved and/or stored and/or distributed in any of their parts in any way whether directly or indirectly, through or via any electronic or non-electronic methods or others, without the prior explicit written consent of SAB.

Details of Product, Stock and Prices

In our constant and active pursuit to provide accurate and comprehensive information about the products, contents of the website (such as availability of the product, price, specifications of the product, illustrations, technical characteristics, etc.) and services, some unintended errors may occur in data, information, images, etc. If so, we hope we will be informed to correct this as soon as possible.

We take into considerations the maximum accuracy in displaying product’s colors and contents in the website but the visible colors you see depends mainly on the device used, your screen settings, and other relevant characteristics. So this is outside SAB scope and SAB is not responsible for it.

Some errors may occur during the process of providing product, service, price, or some details on the website and the website can’t provide you individually with the prices of the products or the services, the total cost of the product or service until you identify your electronic order completely.

In case the invoice is required and issued of a product or service while the price and information are incorrect because a mistake in recording the correct price, or products or services information, the user will have the right to complete or cancel the process after knowing the reasons behind the mistake. In case your order is accepted and followed up electronically, the total cost will be calculated and deducted from your credit card account. Moreover, we will inform you, by email or any communication mean else, you provided to us, that the payment process is in progress correctly.

With all our efforts to provide the appropriate prices in Saudi Arabia, there may be some differences between the prices of the exhibition and the prices of the website for several reasons. The most important reason is the offers made in some areas and branches/or on some occasions and so on. The website-based administration shall have the right to cancel any request in process in case of: facing logistical difficulties and/or technical problems and / or unavailability of the product in in the warehouse and/or inability to communicate with the customer or suspected of electronic fraud such as the use of a stolen MasterCard or Visa card, or using it in a suspicious way and so on. In case any of the abovementioned cases happens (except for the electronic fraud), the entire amount will be returned to the customer’s account and an email will be sent to inform him of the cancellation of the transaction and refund the amount.

Shipping, delivery, and receipt

Delivery of products will be as follows:

The home delivery will be charged, and the amount is (28.75) twenty-eight Saudi Riyals and seventy-five halalas. This includes the shipping cost and administrative fees.

Small products weighing less than (20) twenty kilograms.

Large products weighing more than (20) twenty kilograms will be charged an additional fee of (1) one Saudi Riyal per kilo after exceeding the twenty (20) kilograms.

The delivery period of the products shall be within 3 to 5 working days, from the date of order confirmation. The customer service center will communicate with the customer within (20) twenty hours to confirm the date and place of delivery. The website has the right to delay the delivery if the order is coincided with one of the leave days imposed by the State or any obstacles beyond its control.

Official working days are from Sunday to Thursday as Friday and Saturday are two days off (excluding seasonal weekend offers, exclusive day offer, other pre-booking orders and website’s exclusive offers).

We are looking forward to serving you in a way that meets your expectations in providing this service. So, we hope we will be provided with a clear address to ensure fast delivery. The address should contain clear data including, for example, the building number (villa, apartment, etc.) as well as the name of the street, city, neighbourhood and postal code. In most cases, “home delivery by shippers” is a door-to-door service, but we apologize that this service is not implemented in some cases due to limited delivery company or some local laws. In agreement with SMSA – our delivery partners – we reserve the right not to deliver the order to a person under the age of 18 when delivering the product. Also when the order includes several products of heavy and light weight, products will be delivered to the specified address under different shipments and times.

In case of failure in delivering the order due to the user mistake by providing us with an incorrect address, incorrect names or information that prevents the delivery of the order to the user, additional fees will be applied to the user to re-send the order to him or the fees of the product delivery will be deducted, and the remainder will be back to the user.

Payment method

Payment by debit card (Mada) or credit card through the electronic payment gateway: The customer will receive a notification on the screen immediately upon the acceptance of the payment transaction. We do not bear any responsibility if the payment transaction is rejected or cancelled by the debit card (Mada) or credit card service provider for any reason. You must check with the bank providing the debit card (Mada) or credit card service for the reason of rejection.

We do not save your credit card information on the website. All information and details that you enter through the electronic payment portal are encrypted for security protection purposes. Circulated correspondences from and to the service provider website are also encrypted. We do not provide any payment information made through the website to other companies or individual entities but if it has been requested by a legal official entity. This information is processed by our payment officer.

You must ensure that the information relating to your credit card used by you to pay for electronic services is correct, accurate and valid, and you must only use the credit card that is legally belonging to you. If we are unable to provide the order or part thereof, we will notify you directly in this regard. All or part of the amount paid by the credit card you used to pay the order amount will be returned.

Order termination

SAB retain with its rights to terminate the order for any of the following reasons:

Refusal/disapproval of the payment.
User delayed more that (1) one hour to pay by payment method.
If the address or communication information given by the user is wrong and there isno way to contact with user.

Order terminationby user

To proceed in terminating order, you shall contact us firstly and it’s available to terminate you orderfor any of the following reasons:

If the order didn’t deliver or ship toward you according to terms and conditions.
If the termination comes after shipping or sending, shipping, and delivering fees would be deducted.

We retain with full rights to match the time of shipping your order with the time of sending your order of termination.

Warranty and maintenance

Some of sold products is subject to warranty of authorized agent according to the warranty terms and conditions. If there is any defects or a trouble, the use should go immediately to the authorized agent. SAB has nothing to do. Warranty period starts with purchasing date.
